  • Mechanical Design: Concept development, detailed component and assembly design, and design for manufacture/assembly (DFM/DFA). We create robust mechanical systems ready for production and field use.

  • 3D Design & CAD Modelling: 3D models, solid modelling, and realistic renders. Models are delivered in neutral and native CAD formats and prepared for downstream use.

  • Detailed Mechanical Systems Design: End-to-end system design including piping and tubing routes, support and restraint design, fluid systems, actuator and control integration, access/maintenance considerations, and compliance with relevant standards. We produce fully coordinated general arrangements.

  • Piping Isometrics & BOMs: Accurate isometric drawings, detailed Bill of Materials, welding/fit-up notes, and tagging for procurement and fabrication.

  • General Arrangements (GA): Site and equipment layouts, space planning, clearance checks, and interfacing multi-discipline coordination to ensure installations fit and function as intended.

  • Detailed Documentation & Deliverables: Manufacturing drawings, assembly instructions, parts lists, revision-controlled DWGs/PDFs, and model-based definitions for PLM/CAD systems.

  • Project Support & Integration: Design reviews, coordination with suppliers and fabricators, prototype build and oversight, and change management.
